Shipping the Products

The products are shipped to the postal address that is declared by the customer in the delivery details when submitting their order, with one of the available shipping methods chosen by the customer during the purchase process.
The Company cooperates with a courier service, in order to ensure the safe and fast shipment of the products.
Our company makes every possible effort to send the products to its customers within the indicated time, but in case of delay for any reason, the company does not recognize the existence of any responsibility.

Availability of Products

The products displayed on the website chatzistravos.gr are, to a large extent, ready for delivery. For products that may not be available, you will be informed by us regarding the estimated date of their availability.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of Piraeus Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Denial of Receipt

If you place an order, it is sent to you and you refuse to receive it (through no fault of our company), you are charged with the return transportation costs which are 10 euros. In this case and if you wish to place a new order from our store, you will have to pay by bank deposit the entire amount of the new order including the 10 euros that will have resulted from the above debt.

Generally

The present terms of use, the use of the website chatzistravos.gr as well as transactions through it, are governed by the Greek Law. In the event that any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid or voidable, the invalidity or voidability this will not affect the validity of the other terms.
